choose to feel good or bad at any time. By changing your mindset, you can be

you change your attitude about them. Think back to a time when you were having

trick us into thinking that we need to get serious and not have any fun. But we
all know that's not the case. Take a break — it's not just an
event or a vacation. It's a way to relax and rejuvenate. If you're not doing
something fun each day, then you need to start. You have to have
a self-care routine. It's important to ensure that you're getting enough rest,
and also taking time for yourself so that you can be your best self.
